The World Local Production Forum (WLPF) 2025 will be held at a key venue in Abu Dhabi, UAE, just 15 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport. The venue offers versatile indoor and outdoor event space, accommodating a variety of needs.

The 3rd World Local Production Forum (WLPF) will be held from April 7-9, 2025, in Abu Dhabi, organized by the World Health Organization in collaboration with the United Arab Emirates. Building on WHA Resolution 74.6, the WLPF aims to address production capacity and supply chain gaps exposed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Forum fosters global coordination and action to strengthen local production ecosystems and ensure equitable access to health products.


This year’s theme, "Advancing Local Production for Health Equity, Global Health Security, and Sustainable Development," emphasizes resilience in health systems and sustainable development. The program will feature over 30 plenary and panel discussions, encouraging collaboration across governments, organizations, industry, and civil society to drive solutions and partnerships.
